Safety emerges from the interplay of people and
systems.

Safety doesn’t come from more rules — it comes from organisations that can navigate uncertainty. I help you develop your safety and risk culture where it really matters: in the day-to-day.

Four paths, one goal: better systems

Consulting, sparring, training, and analysis — tailored for individuals as well as entire organisations.

Develop a stronger safety and risk culture

Risk management is often documented, but rarely truly lived. What matters isn’t the system on paper, but how people perceive risks, raise them and make decisions together. I help organisations develop their safety and risk culture in a way that actually works — pragmatically, connected to daily practice and the operational reality.

Strengthen leadership in complex situations

Leadership doesn’t reveal itself in stable phases — it shows itself under uncertainty, time pressure and conflicting demands. Courses & workshops with impact

Whether Human Factors, risk culture, HOP or safety leadership, the focus is on reflection, dialogue and practical application in your own organisational reality. The goal isn’t knowledge on slides, but behaviour that takes effect in everyday work.

Understand systems before they fail

Problems rarely appear suddenly — they’re usually visible long before they break out. What matters is recognising the signals early, understanding how things connect, and not just treating symptoms. Fabian Landherr

I didn’t come into safety from the classic consulting side — I came from operational responsibility: 14 years in Swiss air traffic control, 25 years as a volunteer firefighter, a Master’s in Human Factors & System Safety from Lund. Since 2019, I’ve worked with organisations in aviation, finance, federal projects and regulated IT.

My approach is pragmatic. I believe in small steps, honest conversations and solutions that hold up in reality — not paper in a folder.
